Bujairami Perfumes will issue an invoice for every accepted and processed order, regardless of the payment method. The invoice will be based on the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering. No changes can be made to the fiscal document once it has been issued.

The supplier will ship the goods to the customer exclusively via express courier. Transport and packaging costs are indicated in the purchase order and invoice. The ordered goods travel under the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is required to check the integrity of the received packages and ensure they match the quantity and quality ordered. In case of discrepancies, the customer must immediately notify the supplier (via email) of the detected issues to allow the supplier to verify with the courier and find a solution.

The goods will be shipped within 3-7 business days from the order date. Any delays due to temporary material unavailability, supply chain delays, or courier inefficiencies will not be attributable to Bujairami Perfumes, which is exempt from any liability. When creating an account or providing a delivery address, the customer must pay maximum attention and accuracy to avoid additional courier costs, including the cost of returning the goods to Bujairami Perfumes. The company reserves the right to deduct shipping and return costs from the amount paid in cases of incomplete or incorrect information.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014 (the “Consumer Code”), if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity or makes a purchase without indicating a tax code or VAT number), they have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without providing explanations and without penalties, within 14 days of receiving the purchased product.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must send Bujairami Perfumes an explicit written communication within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, Bujairami Perfumes will promptly provide the customer with instructions for returning the goods. The consumer must return the product(s) without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen days from the date they communicated their intention to withdraw. The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.

The purchased product must be returned intact, with all accessories and spare parts, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including documentation and packaging). The customer is responsible for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from usage beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The refund will include all payments made by the customer to Bujairami Perfumes, excluding delivery costs, and will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Personalized or custom-printed products cannot be returned.

The relationship between “Bujairami Perfumes” and its buyers is governed by the following articles:

Article 1 – Parties

Product Availability:
